Alexander Fu Sheng
Alexander Fu Sheng was considered the "Next Generation" of Shaws stars. He was one of the first graduates of the Shaw Brothers Drama School and quickly caught the eye of director Chang Cheh.
He often played characters that were mischievous or naive who just happened to know kung fu. Often he would use his kung fu skills in comedic situations that were precursors to Jackie Chan's comic kung fu scenes.
Fu Sheng died in 1983 at the age of 29 in an automobile accident. It is said that a shrine is maintained at his old makeup table at Shaw Brothers to appease his ghost since he still walks the backlots of the studio.
